Trot Your Globe™️ is a modern-day wellness emporium where our team of instructors, staff, collaborating psychologists, and event partners are driven by our clients' best interests.

Our vision for the talent-management division was inspired by our realization that instructors in South Africa can enjoy a fruitful career through TV commercials & events, just like other talented individuals.

Our founding director optimized her dance-fitness career by deriving the same level of professionalism, passion, and technique from her fitness classes, leading her to feature in a wide range of television commercials and billboards for brands like Mutzig, Smirnoff, SA Tourism/Sho’t Left, Edgars, Telkom, and Castle Light. As a result, we introduced our instructors to similar opportunities by ensuring that their performances, which we book and choreograph, aid them when meeting casting directors and production companies that we have worked with. We believe that the best dance talent to hire for a TV commercial (hereafter “tv-c”) is one that possesses stamina, talent, dance training, and a passion for performing for people. Our dance-fitness instructors possess all these qualities.

Our Corporate Wellness division ensures the well-being of clients' employees and provides a great avenue for instructors to travel across provinces for aerobics classes during wellness retreats.

Our recent focus has been on mental wellness, where our employee wellness offerings expand to the amazing services offered by collaborating psychologists.
