Our yoga classes are taught by instructors with up to 10 years of yogic experience, and our 45-minute sessions include a 10-minute guided meditation at the end to help ease any anxieties you may have. We believe that a peaceful mind is accompanied by a bold Pilates move, and our love for diversity allows us to be flexible to disruptive thinking.

Our step aerobics classes make achieving the recommended 10,000 daily steps feel like a breeze!

We offer various class levels, from beginner to intermediate and advanced, and immerse ourselves in global African rhythms, including gqom and other drum-based pop sounds, to provide the ultimate experience.


Women's Health Magazine (SA) recognized our unique dance-fitness classes as one of the best at their Fit Night Out event, and we've made these classes available on our app timetable. Other classes offered include toning, HIIT, jump-rope, body conditioning, and abs & glutes.


We provide fitness classes to corporate companies and residential estates, and bring all the necessary equipment to the client's premises. Our efforts towards mental wellness have led us to collaborate with psychologists on employee-wellness services for our corporate clients.

Trot Your Globe is excited to offer live coverage of certain fitness events we host and collaborate on, providing our users with a front-row view and drone views without having to arrive early to reserve a spot.
