International Men’s Day

International Men’s Day is an annual event celebrated on November 19th to promote gender equality and to highlight the positive contributions of men to society. As part of this year’s International Men's Day celebration, dancer and choreographer Tebogo Mashilo collaborated with Toka Lintsa to bring awareness to the day as the celebrity guest instructor.

Tebogo Mashilo, who was the runner-up on Season 1 of 'SA Dancing With The Stars,' led a dynamic salsa/rumba dance fitness class alongside Toka and Julian Moreaux. Tebogo’s charismatic personality is infectious, and it's no surprise that he has won numerous dance competitions, including the South African Adult Latin Champion, Rumba in the Jungle Champion, and SADF Super SERIES Champion, and has also been a finalist in the Roma (Italy) Dance Cup Professional.

Several of our premium members joined us for the virtual live-streamed event, hosted on the unique Trot Your Globe App. It was an incredible experience to have Tebogo Mashilo as part of our team to bring awareness to International Men’s Day and to promote the importance of dance and fitness in a fun and engaging way.
