As we wrap up the year, we at Trot Your Globe are excited to bring you an incredible mindful experience to help you unwind and recharge. Our December events started with a Step, Kick, Functional, and Dance combo on Saturday the 5th, and now we are closing off with a special yoga and dance-fitness session.

Our instructor, Ingrid Barnsley, a globe-trotter with over 20 years of Yogic experience, will lead you through a 30-minute Pilates, yoga, and toning session on our app that has left our users very excited.
